Working together with universities and scientific institutions we implement 3-5 scientific projects every year. There is an ongoing relationship that provides us with the ability to receive professional consultations, organize workshops and maintain high quality level of our products.

WELL EDUCATED AND EXPERIENCED STAFF

Since the company has been in the industry for almost 60 years, we have a combination of young professionals and experienced staff members, some of whom have worked at the company since the very start! Currently, over 50% of employees have higher educations degrees, also, we employ several doctors of science and habilitated doctors of science, who share their knowledge not only within the company boundaries but also educate students in universities.

UNIQUE INTERNALLY DEVELOPED MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT

Over 2000 square meters of production facilities are home to many different machines and manufacturing equipment that allow us to design and produce various optical glass solutions. Because of the fact that the manufacturing process is so complex and requires tens of operations, equipment has to be modified and adapted to make it more efficient. Some equipment used in the factory is completely unique and designed from scratch to better suit the product.

IN-HOUSE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Having an in-house R&D department is an essential part of our business. It enables us to provide custom solutions and adjustments to products according to customer needs, create completely new products, upgrade current ones and participate in joint R&D projects with other companies.
